An Innovative Strategy for Repeatable Growth

33 Talent are one of our longest term members having joined Collective Works soon after we opened in 2013. They are a really lovely, young and dynamic recruitment company focused really understanding the culture of the companies they work with.
Over the past few years, their unique approach has led them to win multiple awards for excellence in their field and we’ve been privilege to watch them more than double in size.
WHAT IS 33 TALENT'S STORY?
33 Talent was founded in Singapore in July 2012, after opening our Sydney office the year before, with the aim of disrupting the recruitment industry. We make use of gamification, partnerships and new recruitment technologies to engage Talent in a whole new way and we focus on offering three main products to our clients, Retained Recruitment, Research Services and PeerBrief.
We spin out bespoke briefs from these anchor points, helping each client articulate their needs, then customising our solution. We’ve now grown to 15 staff across 2 offices and service a range of clients across the APAC region. The next big milestone for us is the London office, due to open in July 2015.

Every day we get to connect the best talent with the best employers, which is a truly great feeling – especially as we work
into such exciting industries. In our areas of specialism – digital, big data and comms – there are so many changes
taking place all the time, it’s exciting just to keep up with all the ways this impacts life around us.
We also work with a wide range of clients, from start up app developers, to huge banks and multinationals, so appreciate
how the bigger and smaller fish can be bringing about these changes.
